The cover up was between the Corporate Executives, Legal Department, Branch Management, Investment Banking including multiple clients of the firm.
The Firm filed multiple fictious complaints, and included me in 2 Arbitrations that I was NOT named on. They forced me to pay a lawyer with no dog in the fight and get ready for a trial, than the company Oppenhiemer settled BOTH the day before and left me out to dry with my own legal bills totaling over 100,000 for both.
Lastly, in a FINAL attempt to bury with me FINRA, they sued me for 16,000 for back pay they claimed I owed them, but ultimately they paid me to go away.
I countersued for $5,000,000 but because of Absolute Immunity laws in NY State, Broker Dealers are protected up to 1 year from their FINRA reporting with nothing you can do.
THEY PAID ME 20,000 to make this go away. - I had no case, I accepted. - Hence...
